Here are some photos I got today up Conwy mountain. I love it up there, I’ts always so vibrant with the heather spread over the mountain. There are wild horses that live up on this mountain, I was hoping to spot them today but I couldn’t see them where we went. I managed to get a quick photo of a dragonfly though. they were very hard to shoot. Here’s what I got.

    My Nain lived in Holyhead so I spent a lot of time in North Wales 🙂 Sadly she passed away in 2000 but my partners mum lives just on the borders in Shropshire so I still get up that way a lot. The Long Mynd was looking stunning but it was a rainy day when we were there for the bank holiday.

    Ah I’m sorry to hear that. Wow small world isn’t it! Ye Holyhead isn’t far from me, it’s lovely down on anglesey. It’s nice that you still get time to spend around this area. There are a lot of beautiful places to visit around here!

    There are indeed 🙂 Although places like Betws-y-Coed are so touristy now! Nainie’s favourite beach was Treaddur Bay. I have some very fond memories from there 🙂

    Yes I know what you mean, so many people go there now it’s always too busy. Oh I love treaddur bay. I haven’t been there in years.

    I’ve not been there for years either! I did hear that when Prince William was at Valley that they fenced off the bay as it was where he liked to go but wanted privacy. No idea if that’s true or not! Always enjoyed Broad Beach too, great for windsurfing 🙂
